Digital Products
Digital downloads (like planners, trackers, and printable files) are delivered instantly by email — no physical item will be shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping
At this time, The Market on Main ships within the United States only. We hope to expand international shipping in the future.
Lost or Damaged Packages
The Market on Main is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at mrktonmain@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can help file a claim.
